Lear Jetting in Maine

Postby Fly2e » Mon Jun 23, 2003 1:10 am

Well after 45 minutes of a very relaxing flight, it was time to start our decent. My copilot yelled back to the guys that it was time to buckle up,.....this little joy ride was comming to an end.

As I lowered the gear to the Lear Jet I thought to myself...." I really need a vacation. Maybe I should drop these guys off and go get lost for the rest of the afternoon"!
"Do you think anybody will miss this plane for a couple of hours?"

Image

But as we were about to touch down reality set in......
"I forgot I need to bring Mrs. Bush back to the White House by 4pm.....She has a hair appointment!
The guys in the back burst out with laughter upon hearing this.......

Image

I on the other hand was not amused,...........so I brought her down let's say,..........
"A LITTLE HARD!!"

That "Shut "em Up!!"

Touchdown!!

Thank you very much. The scenery is free at AVSIM. Do a search for Maine under FS2002 airports. There you will find scenery and also a "Maine Islands" file. It adds about 6 lighthouses to the coastline!!

Oh and by the way, Mrs Bush brought her "pooch" with her.....now I have dog hair in my cockpit!!

Thank You very much, Planespotter!
I flew this scenery yesterday for the 1st time and with the learjet and the tight schedule,..... It went by too fast.
Think I will try it next time in a float. Many harbors and inlets to visit. Think I should submit for some vacation time,.... Mrs Bush and the dog will have to wait!!  ;D

refering to part 1... arnt f-14's navy... the pilot it flown by the airforce hence Airforce One.... but really great shots!!! The great part about being the pilot, if the passengers tick you off, a hard landing should help... and if it is your boss and he is on your case, go inverted and ask for a raise, or else you stay upside down!

Current ride, a 1972 Honda CT70 with a 3-speed transmition w/ and automatic clutch. So far i've gotten it to do 40mph.
