
Man ,This is unveliabable :o M A Y B E (you both) were in the same place ,the same day , the same hours ,you took the shot, other guy saw your taking it and say I'll take one for me too and he stand the way you were and took it, or everything vice versa ::)
Other wise no one in this world will convince me that this are two diferent cars and two diferent places..is the same photo



Piracy is the same with freeware files of any sort. The only way to be certain that nobody will steal them is not to post them on the Internet in the first place. If you want to post your photos but are worried about piracy a big watermark right across the centre of the image should deter most people. Unless it's of exceptional quallity I don't think anyone would go to the trouble of removing it.
If you wanted to go through the trouble, you could surely prove that the image is yours by providing the raw photograph, with EXIF data and all. But of course, that's only if the image used is 100% definitely yours.
