Late night visitor.........

Postby expat » Wed Aug 08, 2007 1:25 am

To EDLP.
Could not resist downing tools to get I couple of shots of this late night visitor (I was changing a flush valve on the forward toilet of a 737-800 at the time [smiley=bath.gif])
I found the pilot, and as it goes, if you don't ask, you don't get.

All pictures (as usual) taken with my mobile/cell phone/handy (Sony Ericsson K800i)

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

I have a Nikon F2, a small point and shoot digital and a Minolta 400si, but carrying them about for a just in case shot is not really practical. The F2 for example, you can do weight training with it ;D. For these opportunities I need something that is small and compact. The amount of "stuff" I have in my pockets for work, plus a company mobile phone, my own phone kills two birds with one stone.

Lots of aftermarket mods on that...
Weather radar display replaced by some GPS unit that might have weather capabilities, different transponder with TCAS and another bendix thing that i cant identify.

And no ARK5 type radios but an older version (the huge things in the middle of the navigator panel, 6th picture)

And a small correction
Your 'CB panel' are the system power switches... the real CBs are the brown knobs on the left of the FE panel
