Is that a DC3 ???

Close, it's an XC-47, the prototype for an amphibious C-47. Unfortunately, the project never got past the testing stage, but a few of the XC-47's are still around.
Until a few years ago there was only 1 XC-47 in the world, operated by Folsom's Air Service in Alaska, but the owners converted it back into a conventional DC-3. There are no XC-47s in existence today (at least none that fly, and Im 99% sure that you cant find a C-47 on floats)
