[quote][quote]I was going to pass comment on this story, but I really cant be bothered. Sensationalist ignorance. Sometimes it can be a real drag working in an industry that the media does its best to shoot down at every turn, but after all good news never sells. I have been working on aircraft for the last 24 years. I have seen it, done it and done it all again, but my mother in law is still the most knowledgeable person on the planet when it comes to aircraft and aircraft safety

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.
