No need to worry. The first RAAF C-17 hadn't flown as of 10 days ago, and the C-17 at the show is a USAF one - seemingly a reasonably regular visitor.
USAF or RAAF a C-17 is a C-17 and its RARE.

I get pretty excited too when I see a 727.

Dr Katahu! I think this man needs medication!![]()

The rarest aircraft I have ever flown would have to be the Tiger Moth. :)
Sometimes when I close my eyes I can still hear the pitch of those wires singing to me.
The Fleet Canuck, Stearman, Auster and Piper J3 Cub are also there as rare aircraft I have either owned or flew over the years.

I would have said the Fleet Canuck was rarer than the Tiggie Moth?
As for the Arrow, you can't really get rarer than that, other than things such as the Brabazon.

My grandad saw the Brab a few times when he lived in Swindon and also when he was stationed at RAF Yeadon he saw a Blackburn Beverley

As I said earlier Doug, I'll see your CF-105 and raise you an FD-2........

Do you have photos? If not, why not?
Ill post more of it in the air when I get a chance
