My plan of action would be - climb to about 12,000 feet where the outside air temp would be right around 52 degrees, switch the air conditioning to its coldest setting, hit the cabin pressure dump switch, drop the oxygen masks and wait it out. the passengers and crew would be pretty cold, but capable of making it through for quite a while at 12,000 feet!!
I would make sure the cockpit door is closed and securely locked, and then land. Who cares about the passengers
As the captain of the aircraft your first priority should be the safety of the passengers..............
