Sharks fin

A few teams are playing about with this sharks fin engine cover. Is the sharks fin something we will be seeing at the next race on a few cars, or is it playing with 2009 aero rules?

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

Pass. One or two teams seem to like the idea, but I'm not overly convinced of its merits over a normal elongated trailing edge of the airbox...

My understanding is they wont be able to run it next season as it'll fall outside the dimensional requirements.
