Violent pitching moments

When taking off in a number of aircraft (beechcraft, mooney) i experience severe up/down pitching moments which are difficult to control.  I dont experience the same problem whilst taking off in a cessna or even a boeing 777!  Anybody know what is causing this?

If your refering to default a/c i've had this problem in the Baron 58. My own fault for not completeing the preflight check, only to find at liftoff the the pitch trim control is in full up position. Haven't figured out why, might be from a previous saved flight.

If in add-on a/c , I have flown some that had auto trim, in which the pitch trim control follows your stick control.

Pudster it could be that you are pulling back to hard on the stick too soon, inducing a low speed stall. This involves the porpoising mentioned. Just pull back a little and watch your ASI and see if that doesn't eliminate the problem

   When you take off......your airplane wants to fly straight to the ground simply because at low altitudes gravity pulls you to ground much harder..... so use your trim on your number pad key(your trim sets your elevators either up or down , so when you let off your joystick, it's like your really holding it back) also you can set the flaps 3/4 all the way down(same thing).. keep in mind to do this before take off.
