Hi Mark... :)

The old girl and I make a chilli con carne that will peel paint if applied.... ;D

We both eat chilli con carne with dark rye bread, cold butter and green onions... :)

You know what they say Mark...

Hot Food...Hot Women...Cold Drinks
and not necessarily in that order.... ;D

Cheers...Happy Landings...Doug

I used to make a venison chili that seemed very popular when I fed the guys down at the station. Now I have to eat it from a can.

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

I typically douse most of my food in Habenero sauce, I enjoy a challenge when I am eating.  Not sure if I could take on a Jalokia, let alone one of these beasts.  I'll have to give it a shot.

I like a little spice in some foods, but That's insane. I'll never understand some peoples desire for pain when they eat. :o

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

Only 1.17 million on the Scoville scale? Is that all?  ::)

I tried a "Ghost Pepper" sauce in Florida last month that had a rating of 1.5 million... really snuck up on me, but I enjoyed it. :)
