Offshore drilling...When a plane crashes we don't ban flying, when a bridge collapses we dont stop building them, when someone shoots another person we dont ban guns, so why should we stop drilling for oil when one accident takes place? Let's learn from the mistakes and move on.

A question back at you, if you lease a car and then during the lease, the leasing company damage it, are you still responsible?
