Jeez! I can't leave you guys alone for a minute can I?! :-/
Here's an interesting take on the afterlife. In Jewish belief, it is belived that we live on as we are remembered. The worst curse in Judaism is "May your name be blotted out!"
I'm not Jewish myself, so I apologize for any errors...but when someones name is blotted out, it is not put on this special wall used for that purposes (or so I remember hearing)...their name is also written on the soles of the shoes of the people in the Synagouge and when that person's name is called (I would think Roy Cohn would qualify) they would stomp their feet as the Rabbi Says the name and say "Haman!" and spit.
The same Rabbi who told me that also told me a joke:
A Priest, Islamic Cleric (Sorry, I don't remember what they are called...Iman maybe?), and a Rabbi were talking about how they'd like to be remembered.
The Priest said that he'd like to be remembered as a leader who nutured his flock like Jesus.
The Islamic Cleric said he would like to be remembered as a leader of his people like Moses.
The Rabbi said he would like to be lying on a table as people are talking about him and to have one of them say "Hey! He's still breathing!"
