This is an AWESOME thread. I'm really hoping to see this become a standard feature in all aircraft, and should have been from the beginning. I want to put this in my Carenado singles.
Now is this the same magic tech that is in the A2A Piper Cub? I thought I read that it has cumulative engine wear programmed in. I don't own it, but it seems like you're pushing a very similar effect.

This RealEngine system will of course never be as complex and realistic as the Accusim system from A2A.

But I think you're under-estimating the complexity of Accusim

Of course Shane, I totally agree with you and I never said anything against the greatness of this RealEngine stuff.
In fact, I am myself a RealEngine fanboy, to use your own words
But the question from flaminghotsauce needed a clear answer, which I provided. And in my answer there was NOTHING like "RealEngine is bad", don't get me wrong, gentlemen
It was nothing at all against you.

- I need some advise regarding the asymmetric flaps failure module - shall I tune down the effect so it's more easily controllable?
Any opinion?
