I don't know off the top of my head, but I think thee's a slid in the "settings" that might deal with that.
To the second, you could always change it to one, and see what happens. It's not like changing that to a "1" will blow up your computer or [glow=yellow,2,300]make your head explode[/glow], and if there is any adverse effect to that aircraft, you can always change it back to "0".
