You simply do not know how lucky you are to run such temps under load conditions. You were running close to 50c before that all got rebuilt. Those numbers are incredible. That tower is fully optimized and I know that power supply is one of the reasons. When I got mine, even with the custom tower and fan work, the temps dropped AGAIN just by installing a high quality power supply unit.
Do you think replacing my 80mm fans with the ones Nick suggested (the ones you have) would help even more?
Those fluid dynamic bearing fans are for noise reduction. They wont cool it any better, just run quiet as compared to a regular fan... but you do not need any more cooling !!

They do run a bit slower as well which is why I went with a 120mm. The big 120mm pulls a lot of air without a high RPM.
I use the software speedfan to control my fan speeds at idle and load. I have the tower fans running 800RPM until the motherboard temp reaches 39, then they kick up to 1400. That big 120mm at 1400 moves pleanty of air and the 80mm on the side feeds enough at that speed to. The Zalman CPU fan runs 1300 at idle and 2500 when the CPU temp goes above 45c (for a x2 4800+ over clocked to the hilt, thats cool) AMD CPUs run about 55-58c when clocked out like that on a good heat sink under a load. It idles at about 35c.
The real test for you will be summer. I am sure it is cool now but come this summer them temps may creep back up into the mid-high 40's on a hot day.
Can you immagine how hot you would have been this summer without the upgrades? I think by the summer you may have come close to locking up or having strange crashes at the temps you were pushing
