Do you have anti-aliasing enabled?.....
If not, then any lines (in this case runway edges and markings) that are not exactly horizontal or vertical on the screen will appear to 'crawl'.
If your graphics adapter's control panel has an anti-aliasing (AA) setting use that. Settings are usually 2x, 4x, etc. Use the highest setting that does not severly affect your frame rates.
If your graphics adapter does not have an AA setting then try setting AA in the sim: Settings>Display>Hardware tab....put a checkmark next to Anti-aliasing. (Leave it unchecked in the sim if you set AA in your graphics adapter settings)

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
