Ramoshas ANYONE actually used this? i took a look at it, it looks like nothing i would ever use to train pilots.

I've played with it too.. You, as the instructor, can monitor the flight (altitude, airspeed heading, etc.) and it keeps an analysis for review ("this where you lost altitude.. this is where you rolled out 10 degrees late.. this was where you messed up the hold, or where you entered it wrong... etc.")..
You can throw bad weather and x-winds at them.. you can throw system failures at them..
It's great for IFR practice (and better than the FAA approved software).
It's a multi-player thing, but it's best used by computers right next to each other (obviously)..
