Well, lemme throw something in here just because no one else has replied.
My suggestion, and only suggestion, is to make another plane seperate the Iraqi Airways one and put the LanChile textures in it's texture folder. Panel and sound alias to the IA one, UNLESS they are aliased to the default, in which case you will have to alias the LanChile version to the default as well.
Copy over the Model, Aircraft.cfg, and .AIR files in addition to any checklists or reference material that might have come with it. Open the Aircraft.cfg file and change the ui_variation line from something along the lines of "Iraqi Airways" to "LanChile". And change the aircraft's title (the first line I believe) from whatever it is to something different:
example using the default 737 (sorry it's huge and I messed with the names to match your scenario more realistically.):

The 737 became the best-selling commercial jetliner worldwide when orders for it hit 1,831 in June 1987 (surpassing Boeing's own 727 as the previous champ). However, it wasn't always that way\s in the first few years of production, there were so few orders that Boeing considered canceling the program. They didn't, and the airplane has more than proven itself in over three decades of service."

It should work if you do that from what I know of the simulator. If it doesn't I am sorry I made you read all of that.
Pilot for a major US airline certified in the: EMB-120, CRJ, 727, 737, 757, 767, and A-320 and military, T-38, C-130, C-141, and C-5 along with misc. other small airplanes. Any questions, I'm here for you.
