There is a way to fix some of those problems and might get your landing gear to show up. Had a similar problem with another acft. of mine.
Go to your FS9.config file located here: My Computer/Local Disc X (your hard drive)/Documents and Settings/YOUR NAME folder/Application Data/Microsoft/FS9. **** If you don't see one of the folders, you will have to turn on "Hidden Folders" option. To do this, click on "Tools" in one of the folders, "Folder Options" and then hit the "View" Tab. Scroll down and on the "Hidden Folders" area check "Show Hidden Folders".
Now, make a copy of your FS9.cfg file, put it on your desktop and rename it to, say, FSp.orig........or whatever you like. Just so you know this is your good one to have handy. Put the renamed one back into the folder.
Now, open the FS9.cfg, NOT the one you just renamed.
Scroll down halfway until you see this section:
[FrameCallNoWarn]
No under this you will probably have a list of some acft. Maybe a few or maybe alot. Some in there, add the exacat name of the acft. you are having trouble with. You can get this from the model.cfg or Acft.cfg at the top where it says"title="
Add that like this for example:
Lockheed SR-71A=1
The number 1 denotes TRUE. Some of the acft. there might have a 0. Your acft. might already be listed there. IN this case, if it is set to 0 (zero), then change it to a 1.
Close out the files and go fly and see if that fixed the landing gear problems.
Good luck Pilot.
