Graycat8524....sorry that it took me until Monday to get back with you. I was (for some reason) unable to log on to the forum from my home computer? At any rate thank you so very much for the information. If I have any problems with the installation I will let you know. I'm sure that a bunch of people on the forum will be able to use this great info.....reguards! :D
I did find a neat little trick about fs2004. You can manipulate windows while flying by opening extra small picture in picture windows!
Heres how: If I want a rear view of things gaining on my "tail feathers" I simply open that view while in the landing pattern. Here is how I do it: You can open up sub views while using any main view that you desire.
A. Press the [ key which will open up a smaller window which will be highlighted with a white outline. B. While the view is highlighted you can zoom in/out or shift it 360 degrees etc. C. You can open up as many as your computer will allow! For instance, you can use a top down view or spot plane view to check that your landing gear is truly "down and locked" or watch your pitch on takeoff or landing. D. To close any windows you have opened: click on the desired window - it will highlight with a white outline and simply hit the ] key! Works great! Note: If your in a hurry, windows will close the last window opened first and continue in that order.
