Notepad or any other ascii text editor.  Do not use a word processor as they tend to insert formatting code which will screw up the file.  Notepad is fine.

I have never seen values like that in a panel.cfg file.  Every now and then an -1 or -2, but that wouldn't hurt anything.  I suppose it's possible if a designer wanted to hide a gauge but I've never seen it done.

I didn't see any -99999 entries.  It's a little complicated but all the numbers seem to be within the usual parameters.  CfgEdit didn't have any problems with it.

HI
Didn`t expect Replay
You mention a corrupt download I Had Not thought about that because
it A 04 panel An I still used 02 an many thing don`t work until
XML Value line is change to 02 config. Getting fairly good at Hack XML files.  ::)
WE could settle question if I unzip fresh CFG an E-Mail it To you. Let me know if you would like to try that.

It'seems to me that your CFGEDIT is screwing the file up, oldhorse.

I sent it again, possibly twice because my mail server reported problems.
