I'm sorry to say
I dont hold much hope that you will be able to get this working, for several reasons.
I'm sure it could be done but there is a lot of high level programming that would have to be done.
Considering that you have stated you are not a programmer, it would take you quite some time to develop the skills needed. Along with that you would have to get right into the machine code and I'll bet that Microsoft would have something to say about it.
The only hope I see would be FSUPIC kind of add-on, something using the collision detection and aircraft damage effects, but it would only work air to air at best and wouldnt come close to what I think you want.
Plug away while your at it we could see it happen somewhere. People have been talking about a virtual battle field for a good 15 years now. A place modeled on the real worls where land sea and Air forces share the same world and interact. It is coming and the company that can get it on the market will be someting to buy stock in for sure. All the peices are in place, someon just needs to put it all into one box so it works.
Add- on some virtual reality helmets ( and a good chair that you wont fall out of) and fights on!
Thou shalt maintain thy airspeed, lest the ground come up and smite thee
