You'll find that the engine "bumps" are the blisters to provide clearance for the valve rockers......
(Durn kids too used to them tooorbine enjuns and don't know about real enjuns!)
it appears to be as you said rockers, as the exaust is farther down, closer to the piston head

Well there seems to be a lot of gray matter between the G, H, and, J
so you think i can get away with pentaganal bumps around the engines?
