Transparent v's shining textures

Postby Merlin66 » Thu Apr 29, 2004 10:50 pm

Not sure what I've done wrong. When I try to get a "reflective" texture it shows up as transparent under CFS2.

I created the model under FSDS2.24, nominated the 16bit texture as reflective ( ,R) ran it through DTXBmp to create an Alpha ( grey @ 180) then saved as a DXT3 with alpha.

Any ideas??????
BTW how DO I attach an image to a post like this????

I don't believe CFS2 supports reflective texture, but CFS3 does.
