Ok my bad its a scale thats the problem. (Gmax) Heres what i get

Node (part name) has a scale applied. Must remove before exporting.

I had to scale the part in the begining and i cannot delete it. Is there anyway to correct this error?

If memory serves me right, there should be an Xform - reset scale modifier.  Select the part, and apply the modifier.

(it goes without saying on any advice I give - make a backup copy of the project first...:)

well i think i correctly followed an Xform direction in the help reference but i still receive the same error. I think maybe i might be doing it wrong, can you tell me the proper way of removing the scale from a part that already has it applied?

Select all parts, then ....

"Click on Hierarchy/Transform/Reset Scale to eliminate any potential scale errors in the exterior"

This is from one of the "Tips" by Dennis Simanaitis posted in the Freeflight Design Shop's TIPS Section (avoiding the dreaded Scale error...)
