I got a 5.7 on my desktop, and a 5.2 on my laptop. Your biggest problem is your processor. Just because you have a Core 2 doesn't mean that you can do anything you want. With an E6700 or X6800 maybe but not with a E6400. Crank that puppy to 3.4Ghz or better and notice the difference. You also lack 4MB of L2 cache (as the E6600, E6700, X6800, and E6x20 processors have) which helps a lot in the processor overall score.

Hi guys

With DDR 1066 Ram, you can crank an E6600 up to 4.5Ghz easily.
I got mine running at 3Ghz without problems.
BIOS reset?
The mobo's manual will help on that.
And just a reminder: If you have no idea of what you're doing, don't do it....or inform yourself first.
(I've flashed my P5W DH's BIOS about three times without problems.)
I see you have an NForce 4 (or 5) board...I don't know my way around those.
Last NForce I used was a Nforce 2 on an A7N8X.
I would recomend ignoring the Vista Experience Rating. It serves no useful purpose other than make you think you need to upgrade something.
