What a truly wonderful read, Mark!.... ... ....!

I fear that I must admit to being addicted to the Reality TV Program; "Airline", and having watched most of them endlessly, mouth agog, I have now convinced myself that no way in a zillion years would I ever take a commercial flight to anywhere!

Barbecuing my Testicles slowly over hot coals would be a much more pleasurable experience, I am sure...!

I am also addicted to the Reality TV program "Cops", which firmly convinces me that the members of the said Police Force were former employees of the check-in desk at a commercial airline company.

Some folks are just born to aggravate...

Paul....Most people infuriate me automatically... ;) ... ;) ...!

I've never had the pleasure of flying with the aforesaid outfit. Perhaps I've been lucky but I've never had a problem with any other airline. :P

I imagine that most problems occur at very large, extremely busy, commercial airports, where things can often go wrong in a big way!

..talking about "Long Ago", I fondly remember seeing the passengers sat on the grass at Staverton Airport (EGBJ), Gloucestershire, chatting to each other, enjoying the sunshine, waiting for the aircraft to arrive!

A more relaxing time...Long Ago!!

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

These are two of my all time favourites, first to Virgin Atlantic http://www.dearcustomerrelations.com/be ... ight-food/ and this the one that started it all and I've used as a template for being rude to people ever since, the mighty NTL http://www.dearcustomerrelations.com/be ... connected/

I love the way that the NTL Letter Of Complaint started with the words.....

"Dear Cretins,"

"Cretin"......I love that word.... :D ....!

It describes so much...>>>

Hi Fozz, at the risk of being recognized as a Cretin, BT, Virgin, or any other customer service rep, I hereby tender my resignation from the "Flat Earth Society" (FES) and offer my application to join the Fat Australian society, not to be confused with the Free Oregonian Zo-ological Society (Also called FOZ). Notice that I am typing this slow, because I know you can't read fast. Now THIS is fast. An EGLI-Vincent.
