Would Paul's repast for 'Tea' be equal to a mid afternoon Lunch, or an early Dinner? And where does Supper fit into the equation; is it another meal entirely after Dinner??
Nonetheless... I would eat what Paul prepared

Hello Alan...

...!
I live in the past as regards meal-times learned from my Parents times....
Breakfast first thing in the morning after getting up, around 7-8AM. Cereals or a full cooked breakfast.
Lunch break..mostly for folks who are working...10AM in the morning. Cheese sandwich and a flask/cup of tea/coffee.
Dinner, mid-day between 1PM and 2 PM...full dinner with meat, veg, and gravy.
Tea, 5PM....Cup of tea, sandwiches, and cake.
Supper, any time just before bed...whatever you/I fancy, to satisfy the tummy for the night!
That is still my daily meal schedule. 4-5 meals per day, with things that I know are good for me!
Its what we old Englanders are used to....

...!
Paul....

...!
Note: Even when I was at work years ago I would still pop home from 1-2PM for a proper cooked dinner.
