Read the manual...I hate starting up too...Takes a crap load of time when I'm in the mood of screenshot taking...I'm trying to find a way to avoid that pesky start-up sequence myself...Just plain murdering the realism there...LOL

I need to update my sig, but my current flight is YSSY to PHNL onboard the RfP 742 in the Qantas livery. 9 hours to be logged in the beast.

A1: For the lazyboys: You need to set up proper electricity on the electrical panel (AKA: no lights are on in that particular panel) AND you MUST have flaps set to 10 degrees before you can advance the throttle beyond 50% without getting the very catchy alarm. Please do read the manual, as that is how I learned about the shortened setups for the plane already started up.

I don't have the problem when starting from the runway. I always set my flaps to at least 15 degrees first before spooling to flight idle and takeoff. I'm printing the manuel here in a few. The appendics alone is 21 pages. The flight manuel is 135 pages! Yee Haaa!!!

Quick question, JetMech: Does you aircraft consume fuel at all? Mine seems to simply run on the air flowing into those JT9Ds, and I am missing the fuel management part of this plane.
