That's a Su-34, not Su-35.
The Su-35 was formerly some kind of Su-33 with thrust-vectoring, meant to be a single-seat fighter.
This is a Su-34, Platypus I believe, long-range bomber, thus the cabin, and toilets !!

A) The Su-33 IS a single seat fighter. It's a navalised Su-27.
B) The Su-37 has the TVC, not the 35.

But if I were to buy an Su-37...is it possible to get one with LED MFDs? I wanna play pong on my MFD on the way to the target. 
why don't americans build something like that :-? it would be a luxury for their pilots
