The new scenery files for the cape...some outstanding shots...I've got it, just havent flown around in it...are there any other changes other than the animation of the launch?

Well, the shuttle is launched from a new third launch pad - which isn't as big as the default pads. There is no sound & the launch is played repeatedly on a loop.

But it sure was cool to watch for a while.
