Kazakhstan Wildlife protection department asked to do a wildlife survey in the mountains south of Almaty

Preparing for takeoff, and waiting in line for the runway behind the Il-76 from Belarus.

Enroute to the mission area... not the most suited aircraft for the task but there was no An-32(2x 5000hp hot-and-high variant) available.

Turning back to the airport, low through the valleys.

Taxiing to the ramp again after queue hopping in the landing pattern... these guys think i'm flying a helicopter or something asking me to land after a cessna that is some 2 miles behing me
Russian planes: IL-76 (all standard length ones),  Tu-154 and Il-62, Tu-134 and [url=http://an24.uw.hu/]An-24RV[/ur
