The syntax is like this!!!!

Except substitute the <> brackets for [] brackets.

You can also hit the quote button and you'll see the code as well (that helps)

It also helps to have some HTML in your background...

Another tip to make your life easier...

Open a new window of one of your previous posts.

Select modify.

Select all the code for previous posts.

Cut/Paste them into your new post.

cut/paste the address for the post that is not contained in the ones you cut/pasted first!
