More new system shots...

Postby Steve_Butka » Tue Jun 01, 2004 4:18 pm

...still not happy (turn anti-scopic whatever on, too) =[

Here it is LSGG- Geneva to LSZH- Zurich...about a 55 minute haul at FL180.  A nice flight through the alps. ;D

Climbing through some horrible weather at dawn, just out of Geneva.
Image

Passenger snapped a photo of the Alps from the right side of the plane.  What a tourist!
Image

Descending and gtting close to Zurich...some farmland below.
Image

At about 2000ft it gets VERY bad.  Thankfully I switched back to my ILS approach about 30 miles out when I predicted it would happen!
Image

Touchdown!  Nice to be on the ground (still come in a little high with the ILS though...grr)

Thanks for watching. =]

Steve
Sent you a pm with the card settings I am using.  Hope it helps.  Experiment, experiment, experiment, but those are the ones I always go back to when I get it out of wack  lol

Airbus(es) are nice aircrafts!
But their FBW models has like 56.628 computers controlling everything and  every single one of those comps. needs to have a name, which of course is an acronym  ::)

Try reading an Airbus AOM, I quit half way (around page 500  ;D ) when I became fed up with all the acronyms
:P

I'll give it another try in 2005.....

Btw, shouldn't those reflections on the engine cowling be mirrored, you should not be able to read "British Airways" since it should be backwards  ???

Those pics look cool. My brother has a 9800pro.  All you need to do is force AA outside of the game (as in your card control panel, try about 4x) then they will look super sweeeet.  You wont be dissapointed with that card!!

It makes my GF4 Ti4600 look poop lol.
