Getting here

Postby ozzy72 » Thu May 20, 2004 1:57 pm

Well nearly two years ago a madman wondered into this unlikely looking site, now 10,000 posts later he's still causing trouble and upsetting bridges ;D
So this is how I got here... looking for one of these...

Great job Ozzy...more than 10k posts and still managed to maintain that lousy airplane taste. Well at least you are consistent.  ;)

And isn't it considered a stunt just to get that old piece of junk up in the air?  8)

Congratulations again, pal!

I doubt you'd even manage to turn on the air condition.
And even if you did, I bet you're on of those that leaves it on during de-icing ;)

Still on that old gal huh? Well she ain't bad.

Heres a few things you should try for 20k:

Go transatlantic with the Wright Flyer

Dog fight with a 747

Teach Nexus how to fly a real plane (I'm a Spit fan too ;))
Arizona State University
Viva la party!

Alas Storm my buddy Nexus has his firmly entrenched beliefs and I have mine, and never the twain shall meet. But he is a sound geezer so I won't ram Spits down his neck, now P-51 pilots need winding-up ;D ;D ;D

Well...I did make a P-40 once in wood shop back in the 7th grade, does that count?
(that is actually true!)

;D

And you won't get far with stunts to impress me.
Handling a runway change at Frankfurt in rush hour  during a bad weather, anticipated RNAV approach while trying to keep those huge 747s/ A340's away from your precious 737NG...now that  impresses me  ;D
