Thanks guys!  The helo itself is available over at Hovercontrol.

Another interesting find is the Aiport Environment Upgrade from AVSIM.  Just search for "AEU" in their window and you should find it.

Some of the improvements include cracks on the runway, enhanced night lighting at the airport and general texture upgrades on the structures.

I've also noticed an increase of static ground vehicles at the airport, but this could be a coincidence.  lol
