Heres some attempts that Dan and I had earlier tonight.
Both of us were in Cessna 310's

Lead Aircraft autopilot set at 3000ft wing leveler on.

KIAS 175kts

Ozzy, Roger (HawkerTempest) and myself spent a few quiet evenings hooning about London and Canada in Spitfires doing some formation flying.  It was quite amusing.  Nice shots Eno.

Unfortunately 2k2 doesn't transmit effects so all other planes props look like that....

I've done some formation flying in multiplayer.  It's fun, but unless everyone is on a broadband connection, it can lead to some serious lagging.

Very fun though, I have to admit.

Did another one once where I flew Air Force One and I had a full military escort.  That one was um...interesting.
