Three questions:

1.  Does the water actually extinguish the flames?

2.  Are they part of the helo or can they be added to anything?

3.  Where can I find 'em?

lol.....no it doesn't put the flames out.
the water effect is part of the copter not sure about adding it to anything haven't tried that...
the copter can be found at hovercontrol and other sites..
the flames can be found at avsim (picnico4.zip) scenery section.
all in all a nice effect :)

I think you've really out done yourself this time Lemoncat. Love the rainbow in shot 3, shot 2 looks like a photo.
