Something Very Strange With This AI

Postby J41 » Sun May 09, 2004 4:43 pm

As I was Taxying out this morning for an early departure from my local airport it wasnt until I got up close that I noticed the AI didnt seem to know its front to back. This has never happened before and I cant get it to happen again, I guess it was just one of these things.

That is pretty weird.  For all the bugs I see is FS2004, it just doesn't seem like its worth shelling out 60 bucks for.  What kind of an airplane are you flying?  That's a cool looking panel.

I got FS2004 as soon as it came out and I've never seen that before. Could be a graphics issue. What videocard/drivers are you using?

I get the odd thing happen to me.
Usually the result of FS glitching during loading.

What driver version are you using? I use 61.11 which are available only from Guru3d.com. Some people have had problems with them though. 60.72 are a good stable set as well without the problems. They're available from the same site.

Hey J41, are you sure you don't have some flightplans in twice. It does happen sometimes when you play around with TTools.

If so, check your flightplans.txt file for that airport at that time. You could have 2 aircraft superimposed on the same parking spot.

Think of the money the airliner would save. No turnaround.  ;D

That is pretty weird!
I came across one where the tail of the plane was stuck out of the hangar, with the door closed :o
I love these errors, they're just sooooooo funny ;D
