Long day's journey into night

Postby Scotch » Wed May 05, 2004 10:39 pm

Hi all,
[br]
It's been a while since I posted but had a flight tonight I had to share...
[br]
Flight from Colorado Centennial pretty uneventful except the approach into Steamboat Springs. Not one of my better landings.

[br]
But leaving Steamboat (after a nice dinner) was a wonderful event

[br]
In route the moon rise was spectacular

[br]
The approach into Cenetnnial was as good as I have ever done.

[br]
Home at last. Clear skys and 60F, Gotta love Colorado.

Happy flying all,
Scotch

Great shots!  Have you tried Aspen in IFR conditions. ;D

I just flew it last night.  Don't do the visual thought, try the VOR C approach.  I had terrain warnings throughout the entire approach.... ;D

Hey Scotch, nice to see you are still among the living!  ;D
I got that same moon last night!  ;)
Big and bright and similar to the one outside my window!

Gotta love the real world of the sim!

Nice shots!
