Great flying Mark and a fantastic aeroplane :)

Always like to see posts of bi-planes, tri-planes, float planes and flying boats.  I think they are Great.

Thanks for posting that one.

Cheers...Happy Landings...Doug

The Stampe really is a great aircraft. Are there other ones like her out there?
(I've already got the Waco Classic)

I'm not sure if there are a lot of bipes out there. There was an outstanding Stearman Kaydet that came out for FS2002. Works in FS2004. You can get it here.

There are a few early biplanes over at Avsim including the Curtiss Kruse, Reimes Racer, and Vin Fiz (here as well). There are a few WW1 aircraft including the excellent Sopwith Coukoo.

If you want to spice things up and add an extra wing. There are three excellent WW1 tripes at Sim-Outhouse. The Sopwith Triphound, the Fokker DR1, and the Pfalz DR1.
[center]I only pretend to know what I'm talking about. Heck, that's what lawyers, car mechanics, and IT professionals do everyday. ;)
The Rig:
AMD Athlon XP2000+ Palomino, ECS K7S5A 3.1, 1GB PC2700 DDR, Geforce FX5200 128mb, SB Live P

Bill Lyons has recently let a number of his aircraft become freeware (packages 1-5 I believe)

He released them as freeware last August ;)

i know a guy (who sometimes is my instructor) who owns one. in the neighbourhood there are a few others too and when the occasion is there, they often perform a formation with three of them...pretty cool sight!  ;)  :P
