Fun in Austria!

Flying this mighty Messerschmidt! Not that i agree with the political system it stood for, but this is one fine airplane!

Enjoy!

It'll take me hours and hours to discover all the nice places in these magnificent Alps! Just can't get enough!

You've got to hand it to the Germans, they did build some truely great aircraft, all of which were runners-up to the Spitfire ;D

There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!

Very nice pics. I love flyin the alps.  I did a Hoplist for the flight club im a member of through the alps then into the Pyrenees.  Started in East Austria and flew all the way along them to the south of France.  Then off to the Pyrenees from there. Was great fun, with some interesting approaches.

Its not the aircraft that made the Spitfire great, its the pilots that flew in them Ozzy. Thought you knew better. :-/

Silent, what does that mean, anyway?  I saw it in a movie once and it sounded funny.  Everyone who speaks German seems to laugh when I say it... ::) :P

Ach du lieber!

Based on my "knowledge" of the German language it could either mean " Rather you than me" or " Oh sweety".

In the second case i'll have to dissapoint mister Pippin regarding my sexual orientation.  ;D
