Storm's best screeines

Postby Stormtropper » Wed Apr 28, 2004 8:00 pm

Well guys, here are the best screeines that I have taken, they look great on my desktop background.

Unlike Ozzy, lemoncat, Omag, and others, I'm not talented and I seem to loose the crisp clear of the pictures when I change them to .JPG.

Well enjoy!

Wright Flyer off the coast of Cali, took alot of skill for this one! (Its really hard to get it 200 feet, not to mention 4 miles.)

Sweet! :-) They don't look too bad. What is the compression set at? The higher the compression the lesser quality jpg's will result.

I use Irfranview which can be found by following the link on the upload images page.

I have also noticed that whenever I post pictures from my computer, they appear blurry and bad on my monitor, but when I go to school or on a different computer, the quality is back to the way it was before I posted it.

Just some thoughts...:-)

They don't look bad at all ;) Try using Pixresizer from http://bluefive.pair.com/pixresizer.htm. That give perfect resizes ;)

Well I'm using M$ Paint, I got photoshop 7 but its too confusing, so I normally don't use it. I just resize them to 76% and saving them as .JPG, the ones from CFS3 are alot better than the FS9 screenies.

Yesterday, right after I started this thread, I went back and played with the weather alittle better, well I struck gold, beautiful seneary.

Well I decided to fly in my town this time, so I start off in Detroit Metro. Airport, Heavy snows, visibality limited.

About 30 seconds after I took these screen shots, I lost control from the turbulance and smacked into someone with a white house which have an unattached garge and alot of ferns in their back yard, hey wait a minute THATS MY HOUSE! ;D

And after that I took off a Pavehawk and managed to take only one screenie before crashing.

Hope you enjoyed.

Wow those shots are amazing.

P.S i use PSP, just roll back you clock on your comp temporily if it has exceeded its time limit.  It is very quick and easy to use, simply paste the image in resize it using the resize option, then save it to *.jpg it looses an un-noticeable amount of quality. I recommend it.

Whoa! Stunning shots!

My shots aren't as good as i would want em, my feable graficscard doesn't allow aa and a nice FPS at the same time. Well, guess we have to live with our bounderies.  ;)
