Great pics! The helo and scenery looks really nice, too. How long did it take you to get there?

Where did that scenery come from it is amazing :o

Lovely shots

The Olympia FBO scenery is an addon from Eaglesoft (freeware), the Tacoma Narrows scenery came from avsim (freeware), the Forks scenery came from Lago (payware), and the terrain mesh came from avsim (freeware).  There are a few to choose from as far as NW terrain meshes.

If that's the view passengers always have, the most be one wet seat with no pilot in there!!! ;D

Tip:  Pick up the enhancement pack over at HC for new rotor textures/sounds! :D

Makes a great heli even better...

Stunning shots!

I always wanted to ask this: can anyone lecture me on how to fly and land a helo? I can fly a 747 upside down at 20' AGL ok, but can't keep a chopper in the air for more that 20 seconds without crashing. ;D

I know there are articles out there on how to fly the FS helicopters.  I started out by keeping the realism all the way up except for the general.  I turned that down, until I got used to how the throttle acts as the colective and the stick moves you forward, backward, and side to side and the rudders rotate the helicopter.
