Continuing my tour through Europe I made the leg Paris (Charles de Gaulle) London (Heathrow) in my National Airlines DC-7 model, 7000 ft, 250kt average one hour trip. Here are some pics

That "facility" is the one and only Battersea Power station. ;)

I particularly like the way you arrive at paris with the words "till we meet again!" ;D

i love the ones with sun and lens affects in :D.
Your plane does have an extraordinary long ID number doesnt it  :P ::)

and when you were at paris, were you bombarded with taxiway numbers.

Yup. I quite remember the shock when I've deployed them accidentally by pressing an unsuspicious button on the panel. I switched to the "spot" view to look at the gorgeous exterior of the "Seven Seas" when I realized that my main gear was down. I first thought that there was something wrong with the gears and I violently tried to get the main gear up again with the normal "gear up/down" button. I was about to panick when I finally tried out the "spoilers extend/retract" key and voil
