I was only a loadie for 230, never a pilot, but I do remember one time when we came back with a pretty impressive piece of hedge attatched to the aerials under the cockpit and my comment that it was the "Airborne Rabbi", or the time an air cadet nearly walked into the tail-rotor. I met him last year at the Hungarian national airshow, he is now a Tornado pilot for 617 Sqn!!!
Proves you don't need a brain to drive a Tornado ;D ;D ;D

My primary role was to kick percy-pongo out before he stunk things up to badly!!!
Mind you we did have a laugh one day when we had Wing Co. and some of his army chums with us to observe an exercise, and we put the Puma down in a space in the forest smaller than the Puma by using the tail-rotor as a chainsaw and spinning her in. I've never seen so many white knuckles in my life ;D

You can actually Backflip/loop this helo too, havn't seen any other helicopters with this ability. Recovering from the backflip, well thats a different matter, which I'm still working on  ;D
