Having fun with a flexwing in Italy...!

Postby Fozzer » Sat Apr 10, 2004 4:53 am

Hi all you budding pilots... ;D...!
In real life this is the only type of aircraft you will ever be able to afford to fly...trust me... ;)...!
LOL...!
So...
Load up our favourite FS 2002, (with Gerrish Grays Autumn trees), set the time for 13:00 hours, September 22nd, nice weather, scatterd clouds as required... 8)...!
Rig up your favourite Flexwing...
...and pop over to Locarno, LSZL (Italy).
Fantastic, varied scenery. Lakes and mountains...!

Fuelling up at Locarno, (LSZL).

Image

Push the throttle to the max... ;)...!

Image

Up and away... 8)...!

Image

Heading for the valley, between the mountains.

Image

What a view...WOWZERS...!

Image

...nice shoes...!

Image

Heading back to base. Lots of lakes to try out your microlight float plane... 8)...!

Image

Landed after a fantastic flight. Big cheers, lots of photo's, cool beer... ;D

Image

Cheers all...Happy flying... ;D...!

Hi Lemon...!
Thanks Mate. Glad you like the shoes, none of those new-fangled, smelly, trainer things... >:(....LOL...!
By the way, I never did manage to get your water effects sorted out in FS 2004, so I've abandoned FS 2004 altogether, and reverted back to my lubbly, jubbly, FS 2002 with it's Flight Water Pro water effects, and all my nice planes and add-ons, etc.... ;D...!
Long live FS 2002... 8)...!
LOL...!

Cheers Lemon... ;D...!

Nice one Paul :)

Just a quick question though....I believe here all ultra light pilots must wear a helmet.  Now I am not sure that is the law...it is with motorcycles and snowmobiles but those I have encountered were using helmets.  Perhaps because they were radio equipped.

Just an observation...see I pay attention...even though the old girl says otherwise. :D

Cheers...Happy Landings....Doug
