Great shots and great paints, Steve!!

I've really taken a shine to the A300 and check daily for your newest paint.

The only problem is, with my limited success at getting her back on the ground, (roughly 2 outta 3 are now fish cribs under the KSFO finals), the world supply of this beautiful plane may soon dwindle. :)

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.

Ok Steve,

I've noticed that she gets very sluggish towards the last part of the approach, so I've been keeping the approach speed up and that seems to help a lot.

Make sure you don't try to land her with a full bag of fuel, or you'll be scuba diving for sure.

Does that mean that doing T and G with full fuel AND payload is a no-no? :P

Cheers,
Dave

P.S. keep 'em comin' :)

....I've also found that switchin' from GPS back to NAV can significantly improve your chance of establishing the localizer.  ;)

...checklist!....hey, any of you guys seen the checklist?  :P

Cheers,
Dave
