What a Pecker!!

Postby Fly2e » Tue Feb 17, 2004 8:30 am

Woodpecker that is!
I guess our old friend Woody is washed up in the cartoon business because I found him sponsoring himself on Milton Shupe's beautiful Aero Commander 680. Here is the Honda Racing team taking her out over the waters of The Bahamas for some early evening test flights!

Leaving the asphalt, Woody propels himself into the skies!
Image

Let's see what Woody has under his hood!
Image

With a quick move of the stick, the bird is inverted!

OK Woody, I can see you still have it in you. Time to level off!

Looks as if you've attracted a few of the ladies,...Woody

Great shots! It's an awesome plane to fly in the sim, very stable, responsive, and full of power! :-)

Why do you think that Fitter? That is real sky and the only thing I did was resize. I am flattered that You think I edited it. I guess that old GeForce is still turning heads!

Oh I see, I am sorry Fitter. The area I am flying is in the Bahamas. It is a big scenery add on with boats, homes etc......There is a patch of birds flying over the water. They don't move or anything, they are just there for you to fly through. Check this out. Now you know I did not spend my precious time inserting all these feathered friends into this picture!  ;)
