Seeing as how you didn't like the II, try the III. So a quick tour of Berlin in mixed weather ;D

Nice stuff pal. I do like the snow storm shots. I think that later colour scheme Seafire is my favourite one from the AH collection, other than that awesome MkII that is.
Looks to me like you got a tad too close to solid objects in shots 1 and 4. Are you sure you didn't prang your kite old chap ;)

I've just noticed that they put the wrong oil cooler on these models, bugger ???

it still has the dead ugly assymmetric cooling intakes...this is the only thing that's disturbing me. :P

but nice flying there, ozzy,i couldn't do it any better. but i'm missing the vertically-upwards-on-the-tv-tower shot.

That's because all the Merlin Seafires are based on the MkV airframe and so have the assymetric oil cooler/radiator layout. Many MkIb Seafires were just converted MkV Spits ;)
Symmetrical radiators first appeared when the 60 series Merlin engine was fitted. Interestingly the first Griffon engined Spit also had the MkV type assymmetric arrangement ;)

Yup, Pacific Fleet markings there.
The aircraft is available at aeroplane heaven (free to join and no spam, but you have to join to download!).

Causing havoc all over the globe, and taking you closer to famous landmarks than you wish to see in a spit! Ozzy-sightseeing - try it if you dare ...  ;D

Good shots.

But why those strange cooling inlets on that plane?
